Amazon Image I had so many people share that they loved the 101 Kick Ass Things To Do Instead of Eating: Get The Flat Belly You Deserve! book, I decided to write a sequel; 101 MORE Kick Ass Things To Do Instead Of Eating: Get The Flat Belly You Deserve! This book like the first is jam packed with ideas. I love having these. When I get that urge to eat mindlessly, I just thumb through the book and pick something else to do.

This book has 101 MORE ideas, some crafty, some pampering. Here are a couple favorites…

1. Apply lip gloss. Carmex is one of my top choices. I buy it in bulk at Amazon. I keep a tube in my purse, at my desk, next to my living room chair etc. You got it! Carmex .25 Oz Jars Lip Balm (Box of 12) This is one of my very favorite things to do instead of nibbling.

2. Smell Scents. A lot of our pleasure from food comes from the aroma. The aromatic smell of chocolate chip cookies in the oven can really increase your appetite for example. And sometimes just smelling fragrances can curb your appetite. Peppermint, cinnamon and vanilla have all been linked to a decrease in food consumption. You can try smelling essential oils and see if it works for you;Essential Oil- Beginners Best of the Best Aromatherapy Gift Set- (100% Pure Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils) Amazon Image I personally find the smell of grapefruit to be a nice substitute for mindless eating.

3. Color Your World. In the book, I suggest painting, but coloring is great too. Coloring can be so relaxing. You can pick up a pack of crayons on the cheap and kids coloring books. Or take it to a new level and color fanciful stained glass or intricate patterns. Just simple activities can really refocus your mind set away from food!

Amazon Image Double Chin – How To Get Rid Of A Double Chin recently hit #1 in fashion & beauty books at Amazon.com. When you think about it, the neck line is one of the first places to show signs of aging, lose elasticity and give a tired look to the entire facial and neck area.

There are a lot of things you can do to improve this area. In the book, I share a number of techniques that work including purchasing a little neck exerciser that is only $10! I was amazed when I started using mine at the great results. The slimmer comes with coils in different resistances. I could feel the difference in my neck right away which is why I advise you to start off gently with the coils. Do not go overboard or you will have a sore neck. That list became the backbone for 101 Kick Ass Things To Do Instead of Eating: Get The Flat Belly You Deserve!. The book is a short, no fluff resource guide. If you are bored, find yourself munching mindlessly or just want to think of something to do instead of eating – give it a try.

2. Toothpicks. In my book, I mention chewing on straws, chewing on toothpicks works too. Toothpicks have saved me from many a calorie. I like the sturdy brush pick styles in plastic and the wooden ones in cinnamon. Flavored toothpicks can be hard to find but Amazon sells them natch.
